Ayurvedic Inspired Spring Cleanse

March 19th-28th, 2018

Spring is quickly coming (I promise!) and a wonderful time to spring clean both inside and out! Join Shelby VanCleve, L.Ac. and Sarah Teeple, Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, for our 10 day Ayurveda Inspired Cleanse!

What is Ayurveda? What should I be eating? What should I not be eating? How can I use food and lifestyle choices to feel better? All this is overwhelming… how do I know what is most important?

All these questions and more will be addressed at our Cleanse Orientation meeting Sunday March 11th from 1-3p at Common Ground Wellness. In addition, we will be taste testing cleanse recipes, discussing the cleanse format, and meeting other like-minded individuals looking to live well!

This cleanse is NOT about starving, eating weird and unusual things, or following an all liquid diet. It IS about learning how to use food to feel better, changing daily habits that will truly effect long term health, and jump starting your system to increase metabolism.

After our meeting on Sunday, the cleanse will officially begin a week later on Monday March 19th and run through Wednesday March 28th… ten days of delicious food, new lifestyle habits, and better mood and energy. Yes, of course it will be challenging. But the rewards are limitless!

Cleanse Package Includes

• Pre-cleanse orientation on Sunday March 11th to taste test recipes, ask questions, meet the other cleansers in your group, and option to purchase our recommended cleanse supplements
